These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gully11 mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Gully11. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law. If you use the Service on behalf of a club or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Account registration
- You must provide accurate profile information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for safeguarding OTP access to your phone number.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at support@gully11.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against other users
- Post false match results, fake challenges, or misleading club information
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or spam
- Impersonate another player, club, or Gully11 official
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Gully11 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service for operating features such as feeds, leaderboards, and club reputation.
5. Matches and real-world activity
Gully11 helps organize local cricket activity but does not supervise play. You participate in matches at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, disputes, property damage, or agreements made offline between players or clubs.
6. Reputation scores and verification
Gully Score and verified club badges are calculated from in-app activity and reports. They are informational and do not constitute guarantees of skill, safety, or trustworthiness. We may adjust or remove scores if we detect abuse or errors.
7. Intellectual property
The Gully11 name, logo, app design, and software are owned by Gully11 or its licensors. You may not copy or use our branding without written permission.
8. Third-party services
The Service may link to third-party sites or use third-party SDKs (e.g. maps, analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply separately.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gully11 and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of INR 5,000 or amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Gully11 against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your conduct on or off the field related to use of the Service.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for risk to the community. You may stop using the Service at any time and request data deletion per our Account Deletion policy.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
