Gully11 lets you delete your account and associated personal data. This page explains how to request deletion and what we remove or retain.
Delete in the app
- Open Gully11 and go to Profile
- Open Settings
- Tap Delete account and confirm
If you do not see this option yet, use the email method below.
Request by email
Send an email from your registered address to privacy@gully11.com with:
- Subject line: Account deletion request
- Your registered mobile number
- Your player name as shown in the app
- Optional: reason for deletion
We will verify ownership and respond within 30 days (typically sooner).
What we delete
- Player profile (name, role, styles, location preferences)
- Phone number and authentication records tied to your account
- Follow lists, notifications, and personal settings
- Profile photo and device tokens for push notifications
What may be retained
- Aggregated or anonymized statistics that cannot identify you
- Match and club history required for integrity of leaderboards (may be anonymized as “Deleted user”)
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security obligations
- Backup copies for up to 90 days before automatic purge

This URL satisfies Google Play’s requirement to provide a way to request account and data deletion for apps that create accounts. Link this page in Play Console under App content → Data safety → Data deletion.
